- This agreement is between IRMGRadio.com; and "Artist" (You), to provide Radio Airplay on our Internet Stream.
- By registering with IRMGRadio.com, you agree to provide .MP3 files of your songs to us For Promotional Use Only. You waive any and all mechanical and airplay royalties to IRMGRadio.com, in exchange for the Promotional Airplay IRMGRadio.com is willing to provide for your music.
- Artist assumes full responsibility for all content or information provided for use in our services. IRMGRadio.com reserves the right to reject, without notice, any artist or song which, in its sole opinion, may result in a violation of applicable Federal, State, Common, or International laws or regulations. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, New York, Colorado and California. The primary forum for any disputes under this agreement shall be Queens, New York, USA.
- IRMGRadio.com and Artist may cancel this agreement at will at any time with written notice. In the event of cancellation, your files shall be removed from our music stream within 3 to 5 business days of your request.
- Artist acknowledges that these terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. Artist's continued use of IRMGRadio.com services constitutes customer acceptance of these and any and all modified terms.
- IRMGRadio.com and RelaxMusicGroup.com is in no way soliciting any investment or making any offer of a recording contract. Relax Web, RelaxMusicGroup.com and IRMGRadio.com assumes no liability whatsoever on behalf of the artist. Artists will need to provide release forms and/or mechanical waivers for all songs posted to RMG Digital that contain any third-party content.
- RELAX WEB RESERVES THE RIGHT TO IMMEDIATELY TERMINATE ANY ARTIST OR CLIENT THAT PERSONALLY, VERBALLY or PHYSICALLY ASSAULTS ANY RELAX WEB EMPLOYEE, OFFICER or OWNER, ANY AND ALL RELAX WEB SERVICES SHALL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED. ANY FEES PAID FOR SAID SERVICES SHALL NOT BE SUBJECT TO ANY REFUND.

Due to the volume of content we receive it is impossible for us to determine if the works are authorized by the copyright holder. As such we claim safe harbor under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Title 17, United States Code, Section 512. It is the policy of IRMGRadio.com, RelaxMusicGroup.com and Relax Web Productions to promptly process and investigate notices of alleged copyright infringement, and take appropriate actions under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Title 17, United States Code, Section 512 (“DMCA”).
Contents of Notice
The DMCA requires that all notices of alleged copyright infringement must be in writing. When informing the designated agent of an alleged copyright infringement, the complainant must:

The United States Copyright Office provides basic information, online, at http://www.loc.gov/copyright/circs/circ1.html, which can assist one in determining whether an exception or defense, such as fair use, may apply to the use of your copyrighted work. All of the material presented on IRMGRadio.com is for Promotional Use Only and falls under our fair use policy.
